Another teaser piece for the new project. Amazing colors by Peter Steigerwald, who doesn't get nearly the credit he deserves for his incredible versatility as an artist. This promo can be found in Soulfire: Shadow Magic #2 out now, so pick it up! Hope you all like this:)

Dude frankly... its gorgerous. I always want to bee comic or graphic novel artist but (sigh) it is improbable in the Turkey. Buy still i draw and draw all in my rest times. In here not quite people read comic books. You can visit my page at deviantart. You draw and color like a proffessional. Can you make some comments for me? Y'see i need a proffesional eye to comment my drawings.

Hey man! Well, thank you for the very kind words! Whether you live in Turkey or here in the US, its very difficult to make it as a comic artist, especially with the current economy. However, I do believe that if you have the talent and devotion to learning and studying, you can accomplish nearly any goal you set for yourself. Looking at your drawings, the first thing I would suggest is that you study anatomy. Get yourself a good anatomy book(Any by George Bridgman) or this one: [link]=pd_bbs_9?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1236868741&sr=8-9 is also very helpful and easy to understand. Memorize all the muscle groups and practice as much as possible by repeatedly drawing human figures. The details of drawing costumes and things are secondary...Its more important to first master the human figure. Thats my suggestion! Once you've done that, then its time to learn storytelling and backgrounds!! Good luck my friend!

The turn you're taking with your art isn't half bad. I figured out what looks different... it's kinda reminding me of Brando, or at least I think that's his name. He did some work for Top Cow for a while. I do believe he was working on Arcanum? He's a good artist but his style wasn't so easy on the eyes.

I'll keep an eye out for your new stuff. Keep up the good work.
